How to Believe in Yourself and STOP Self-doubting
So you have realized that self-doubt is breaking your peace of mind, but do you know what it actually means? Self-doubt is that kind of consciousness that always lets you down even your positive thoughts not willing you to. Because of self-doubt, you forget your own abilities to perform your best in the field of life.

Made by yourself

Self-doubt is nothing but just a block of negative thoughts that created within your own mind by your understanding system or past experiences. Instead many of us carried it but didn't recognize it. The research found out that self-doubt is a research that has found out that Self-doubt was cultivated in your mind from a young age only and let us doubt our goodness, smartness or prettiness which can influence our entire life in very different ways. But now there is no need to worry about it, we have the best ideas on how to deal with the self-doubt of yours.

How to Remove self-doubt by yourself

The aspects are as follows:
1. Start Practicing Self- Love or Trust and love yourself
2. Practice Self- Compassion
3. A Can-Do Attitude
4. Stop Seeking Validation and Don't compare yourself to others
5. Forget What Other People Think or Stop listening to people who bring you down
6. Don’t Be Afraid of Failure or Give yourself permission to try…and try again
7. Make a record of your success stories
8. Identify and ease your doubts.
9. Recall your successes

Let's discuss them in brief:
  • Start practicing Self-love with Trust in yourself
“Self-love is the preparation of confidence. Everything else is beyond your control.”
You have to love yourself in order to become confident. Most people suffer to love themselves and give less self-importance in their life.

  • Practice Self-Compassion
“The inner speech, your thoughts, can cause you to be rich or poor, loved or unloved, happy or unhappy, attractive or unattractive, powerful or weak.” — Ralph Charell
Similarly, you love yourself and to be your own version you don't copy anyone to become happy which makes you feel more confident about yourself and decreases self-doubt and anxiety.

  • An Action Attitude
“Each time we face our fear, we gain strength, courage, and confidence in the doing.”—Theodore Roosevelt
Don't just sit at the corner thinking about ideas that came into your mind but ignored laziness. Just say the action in mind and start doing the ideas that came into your mind. This will increase your belief in yourself and lessens the self-doubt.
  • Stop looking for Validation and don't compare yourself to Other
“Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers, you cannot be successful or happy.” —Norman Vincent Peale
Everyone has doubts, even me, sometimes I ask everyone to suggest something and sometimes I do all the conclusion by myself, but most of the time I do everything by myself. In fact, sometimes I am good at those decisions and sometimes I learn something new which motivates me more and diminishes my self-doubt.
  • Forget What other People Think or Stop listening to people who Bring you Down
“Don’t let others put thoughts into your mind that takes away your self-confidence. ”— Katori Hall
You are in charge of your life, don't mind what people around you think. If you feel it right to do, then just do it. The better option is to remove those toxic people from life instead of listening to their opposing voices.
  • Don't get Afraid of Failure
Your dream doesn’t have an expiration date. Take a deep breath and try again.” — K.T. Witten
If you look in this period of life of yours you found out that you tried something but failed too but this is not the end, its an initial stage of removing your self-doubt. Like I said earlier if you try and fail, you will learn something. Remember the invention of the bulb by Thomas Alva Edison.
  • Make a record of your success stories
If you practice something for a few hundred hours, you will almost certainly see great improvement… ”— K. Anders Ericsson
I am glad that I am a writer, even though I write my best moments of life in the examples of this blog (which if relates to the topic). Make a journal and write all your best stories you had which made you happy and cheerful in life. This will help in gaining self-empowerment.
  • Identify and ease your doubts
“With the realization of one’s own potential and self-confidence in one’s ability, one can build a better world.” — Dalai Lama
Take out some time, get out of your atmosphere and discover the thing that lets you down. Try to understand the reason for those thoughts clarify them and get the reason to remove from the list of worries.
  • Remind yourself about your Successes
“Knowing your strengths by just writing it on a piece of paper can tell you who you are and where are you now.”
Now it's time to open your old journal of success stories or your best photos of old days and hopefully understand and relate yourself with the situation on which you succeeded. By rewinding, you get a boost of self-confidence and the cycle of life will continue.
