A single good habit has the ability to change your life.

Habits are like cells in our body. If the bad and dead ones didn't flow out, then it can create harmful illness in our body. Similarly, if habits not changed, it can create a negative impact on our life.

It seems tough but not impossible, though. 


Everything you are doing today is habituated. The way you walk, talk, read, think, smile, rage and everything you are doing now is just a habit (of doing them in the way, you are doing now) which you learned easily with time and you didn't even realize that.

1. Wake early

Exercise, yoga and meditation are those three healthy habits that can not be ignored if you want a healthy body. Exercise normalizes your stamina; yoga makes you flexible and meditation strengthens your mind in all aspects.

3. Balanced diet
Without a diet plan, your body is just like a roller coaster going up and down and will stop someday to get maintenance. A healthy and balanced diet means a healthy gut that protects your immunity.

4. Drink water
Do you know our body is made up of 60% water? Which means we should keep it hydrated all the time. It tones our skin, lubricates joints, flushes body waste, regulates body temperature and so on. You must drink at least 4-5 ltr. per day if you don't want a wrinkled body.

5. Read books and lifesuggests articles
Reading makes us smart. It is also our childhood habit. It improves our intelligence, creativity and imagination, increases the desire to achieve goals. The most important part, it encourages positive thinking.
Tip: Choose a book, set pages to read for a day and you will finish it easily and confidently.

6. Listen to YOUR music
Music is my partner when I am sad, lonely, angry and sometimes frustrated by everyone around me. Why and what's the reason?
Because it releases dopamine which triggers to makes me happy and increases my joyfulness levels. Feeling low? Put in your iPods and enlighten your mood.

7. Skip sugar
Sugar presents in almost every food that we eat. Do you know that sugar accelerates ageing, increases stress and obesity? 
That's why people avoid coke, drinks and foods that contain high levels of sugar to remain emotionally balanced and energized. Instead of sugar find herbal sweeteners to add-in your diet.

8. Keep smiling
Sometimes a genuine smile can melt a huge amount of rage and stress. If you smile, it not only increases your life span but also makes you seem more attractive, likeable and even trustworthy. If you feel blue or cracked smile a little and see the effect.

9. Avoid Social Media
Social media is the virtual world of social competition, comparison, fear of missing out something. Avoid it as much as possible to get in real-world where you breathe, smile and make memories.

10. Consume vegetables
Eating vegetables is a healthy habit to gain nutrition with low fat in the body. Almost all nutrition specialists encourage to add a vegetable dish on your diet daily.

11. Respect yourself
When you respect yourself, you start and end up surrounded by a better environment. It benefits in improving your self-esteem and self-love. A person who doesn't respect self, end up making poor choices, hurting others and self in a defensive manner.

12. Interact with nature
"Know your mother's nature and connect to mother nature." We are connected genetically to it. And believe me, it has powers to heal us. Just walk in the garden or woods or by a beach on a sunny morning, you'll end up feeling lite. 

13. Think positive
Positive means that you address unpleasantness in a more optimistic and productive way. Positive thinking is a key to increase the life span and reduction in risks of diseases by coping stress. Think positive and you will be the game-changer. 

14. Stop getting angry
As I described briefly in my recent post about controlling anger. Anger can only destroy things. Instead of getting angry try to solve the issues wittily.

15. Grooming yourself(not awkward)
Grooming does not mean putting on makeup or going to the spring, it simply means brushing your hair, wearing well-pressed clothes or trying a new hairstyle. A better-groomed person has his own confidence and self-esteem inbuilt.

16. Laugh every day
Laughter is the best medicine. It's a habit that most people lost easily with time. But a deeply rooted belly laugh can bring it back and actually work on your abs and reduces stress hormone levels. So laugh like no one is watching you and enjoy your time!

17. Forgive
Forgiveness in a person shows how calm and structured is his mind. Forgiving and let go of things can make you feel more strong from inside and maintain relationships healthily.

18. Be grateful
Gratitude is the key to a healthy life. We all have opportunities to cultivate it. Instead of complaining if people start feeling grateful for what they have everything in life, will seem perfect. I am grateful that you are reading this article and applying it to your life.

19. Write what you feel
From old times, it has been a healthy habit of successful people who changed the world. Writing a journal improves your quality of life to meet goals courageously. Write what you think, a poem, a one-liner, a song or a rap, everything you write will improve your memory and let you know what you want

Learning what you love kudos your life. While learning new skills, it changes your brain's chemistry and increases your speed of acquiring it. When it does, you become an interesting person.

21. Find some personal time
Spending time with self doesn't mean to aim for loneliness and scrolling social media feeds alone. It means to find a relationship that you have with yourself, straight priorities and knowing that you care enough to make yourself happy.

22. Think before you speak
Words have more power than a punch. Your words define your personality and your choice of words create an image of your intelligence or your ignorance. If you make it a habit, you are in a list of intelligent people. 

23. Avoid overdoing smoking, gambling and drinking
Avoiding overdoing these addictions can give you more time and benefits which are more crucial for your health. Instead, give some time to your family, career or your community's team members.

24. Gathering with family and friends
Gathering with your loved ones increase self-worth and mindfulness to cope with traumas happening in life. 
If you feel depressed and anxious? Talk to a friend or family member, they can be your therapist.

25. Sleep like a guppy
Guppy is a rainbow fish that sleeps 7 hours a day. According to stats, an average person should sleep approximately 7 to 8 hours a day. So instead of being a 4-5 hour sleeping human, be a guppy!

Remember, it's never too late to build new habits. It can pay off in a brighter outlook and better health for upcoming years.
