What is an individual's value statement?

It is a statement or concise that cinemize what is important to you in your life. If you know it, you will be capable of finding your career or passion. It also defines your graph of success.

Every one of us wants to make a successful life which is worth living by getting success and everyone is trying hard for it which is worth doing. But still, you are not getting what you want or didn't even reach the next step. I am also the one who passed this situation and realized these 13 reasons why we can't find our value statements.

1. Overthinking before starting work
If you have some creative work then don't overthink, just plan for it. If you feel it is difficult then try to refresh your mind and sit again, soon will get a straight road to run your bike.

2. Seeking Comfort in everything
It's impossible to find comfort in everything you do. This can weaken your mind to adapt to different atmospheres.

3. Over socializing
Yes, if you are scrolling feeds a lot, wasting too much time on chatting, phone calls and gathering people(if it's not a part of your job) then it can just give you hints of socializing, not what you love.

4. Ignoring mental Exhaustion (intelligence)
Ignoring Mental exhaustion is the reason for karoshi (dying due to the load of work) and can decrease your intelligence during work. If you are not clever enough then how will you find your values?
Try to take breaks during working hours.

5. No self-motivation means no self intelligence
Obviously, self-motivation is always the key and gives you the confidence to grow more. So if you don't have it, then you can't search for what you want.

6. Not asking for Help - no self-awareness
If you find something difficult to complete or didn't understand it then there is nothing bad to seek for help. A small help can let you figure out what you know and what you don't. 

7. Giving authority of your goals to someone else
Don't give someone that much authority that the person starts to make your value statements according to their style. Consulting is good but slaving isn't.

8. Finding meaningless happiness
If you are finding meaningless happiness and not searching the natural ones then there are chances that you are not happy enough to find what you want or love to live. Instead, find reasons to which you are satisfied, will give a boost.

9. Hiding your feelings
It's like creating a house inside which is not used to live or to rent. Hiding a sensitizing face of yours can make you weak inside and result in anxiety or strokes. It's better to share your feelings with one who you love.

10. Not prioritizing tasks
If you don't give importance to your tasks then it is just a waste of time. Find the difference between useful and useless tasks and plan your day according to it. You will gain your own thinking style.

11. Seeing opportunities as obstacles
There is nothing like obstacles if it's a job. If you are finding it difficult to do work, retrain yourself for the work and one day you can see that obstacle as an opportunity. If you don't like it still, follow your passion.

12. Unhygienic and Unhealthiness
Stay clean and healthy to evoke an angel inside you. That honest person inside you will guide you to find what you want. You should also take care of your thinking style and words you use to talk.

13. Procrastination
The decision killer, if murderers had this disability, many lives have been living today. Procrastination can destroy your future and self-discipline. If you have it, start doing small tasks like making your bed, exercising or doing laundry.
