3 Clever Secrets That Rewire Our Daily Habits | Lifesuggests

Hi, I am not going to tell you how overwhelmed you are if you have unhealthy habits because you are here to know what will comfort you to get out of it.

And as you realize or not, habits are responsible for our behaviours.

If you want to know how to dump your crazy habits, continue reading until the last word of this article.

I vouch you will find some crazy stuff to vaccinate in your thoughts.

The truth!

What if I say you are already a promising person with a wonderful attitude, but your health provokes all crappy thoughts in your mind?

Your health is at the top performance, but your thoughts make you feel disgusting, sick and lazy?

Unfortunately, both are true and will continuously happen until you recognize the cycle of Habits.

What is it?

You, me and we all are made of our habits.

  • You run-in late—Habit
  • Recalling your chaos—Habit
  • Getting angry on small things—Habit
  • Google your desires—Habit
  • Shopping, exercising, feeding your jerry, hurting yourself via unhealthy addiction, etc.—Habit

Everything you do is just a habit that you got by heart unconsciously.

What I am saying is important, because it will help you to digest what I am going to reveal now!

Monks Believing Behaviour
1. Believing behaviour

Our behaviour is nothing but a set of habits enabling us to react in every situation. Anger, sadness, grief, happiness, excitement hopping around, etc.

We learned how to react to certain words by just looking at someone else's reaction because we believe in eyewitnesses.

My believing behaviour helps me to believe that "The one who masters emotions can master reactions and the one who masters reaction is the master of all future realities."

Is it cool?

And also we are born facile(quick learner) but our habits to ignore curiosity, corrupted it. Or we all would be genius.

We are emotional animals and our emotions change our values. Therefore our value towards things results in our habits.

The strong our values, the less likely we are going to change it.

Find what makes you feel confident without hurting.

2. Choose your Values

Our values are our choice of behaviour which is important for our growth and development. Values are connected and proportional to our moral maturity.

A value with moral maturity gives reliable and sensible direction to shape our future.

So if you are angry all the time without any reason, then it's time to change some of your values.

Because if you want to be treated well then the people deserve that too(note that).

Here are my top positive values you should add to your list;

  • Empathy
  • Efficiency
  • Loyalty
  • Open-mindedness and
  • Commitment

If you have at least any two of these don't forget to share with those who are struggling to have new habits.

3. Specifying Influencers Around

We are easily influenced by the people around us.

Whether they are fortunate or evil, if we feel low at that time chances are we get manipulated to their thoughts or luck. Which can be very dangerous.

Or let's say,

Your partner is angry with you for the last 2 weeks. You try to resolve the issue but this time nothing is working. So you feel low now but having some positive thoughts. Thinking this will swoop soon. On another side, your partner is thinking materialistic. While in the fresh months of relationship both of you were glad to become couples from a decent friendship but sooner and later you started hanging out with new people who are equally opposed to each other. You got mindful friends and your partner found materialistic ones. And material desires are a huge reason for fights or even breakups. You became mindful with your friends and your partner is jealous of others and that envy is affecting your relationship.

You are walking near the woods now(for some solitude), suddenly you see some of your partner's friends hitting everyone they saw, boozing on a Ferrari, burning a roll and sniffing it as a drug geek does.

So what will you do?

But here is an irony, "your partner is not there!"

You feel bad and think that your partner is somehow influenced badly by those sick heads.

And then you decided to show this to your partner(with some proof). The rest will be a long story full of explanations and mature talks. And in the end, she understands what's wrongly influenced her.

But here's a universal truth, we are always influenced, through anyplace or anyone.

So, be cautious of your pessimistic surroundings if you feel low self-esteem or have less confidence.

"The best positive influencers of the world are books. They won't betray you."

These are the three important factors that extensively affect our habits.

Here's an update on habit:

After 66 days your habits become your routine which you will do unconsciously.
