Alisha is a cute waitress at a five-star restaurant. She has a major crush on a boy named Andy who is in management. But when she tries to ask him out for a coffee, a voice inside diminishes her confidence and ruins every moment. This is because she had a very bad past with her boyfriend(ex) who broke her heart abusively. Ultimately, she walks out and spends some time alone.

A couple named Emily and John(second husband) happily become man and wife. For the last 5 years, they have been committed to the same company. John was an office guy while Emily likes to do fieldwork. Everything was wonderful between them. They enjoy their late-night talks, romantic dinners, cute vacations and small debates on their thoughts. But one hazy day everything changed, Some employees got their vacations and some of them were homesick and were forced to work. On this day, Emily and John were stuck together. Emily was doing some kind of extra paperwork and wanted some advice on it. So she started walking towards John's. At the same time, suddenly a girl in Johns's office lost her cool and started crying. And our man tries to calm her down. So she tried to hug him but our man denied it. On other hand, all our lady can see from a shadow is that her man had just hugged another woman for no reason. In just one minute she concluded that her husband is cheating on her. When John came out and told her that the girl in the office couldn't control her tears as she was homesick, Emily resists believing it. John was confused about her behaviour and after some time he managed it. But here Emily made her mind that she's been cheated on and left the office immediately.

So what happened in those stories?

Trust issues affect their lives. Alisha had a dreadful past of an abusive boyfriend while somewhere in Emily's mind John was right but her ex-husband's story of cheating on her relates to the current situation where she is now.

It is bitter but true that trust issues arise when you get hurt(by anyone or anything).

Nevertheless, its impact decreases every time you learn something and move on.

Let's have a quick question.

Who doesn't have trust issues?

We all have one(maybe more than that) in our life. Right?

While having trust issues you will,

  1. Avoid commitment,
  2. Tough to open up with people.
  3. Quarrels over small things.
  4. Take too much time in isolation(like Lucy).
  5. Assume that people will hurt you with their deeds.
  6. Feel lonely or depressed at times.

All these happen naturally.

And it's okay.

Just think of it as an everlasting hangover and you have to do something to get over it.

If your question is "how can I?" You're on it.

If you have reached here, your first step is completed which is to have belief in yourself and enough courage to overcome trust issues.

Here are exclusive Ways To Overcome your Trust Issues.

1. Stop Instantaneous Suspecting.

After all, the saying "Don't judge a book by its cover" was said by a person who had a lot of failures too. I'm sure it's worth finding what a person thinks instead of just looking at his face.

Also, finding too much pessimism in people can dazzle you in recognizing the right ones. And I don't want you to feel a lifelong prison of guilt. So lessen suspecting as everything is not good for you.

True love, friendship and success are just behind the hurdle of taking the right decisions.

2. Discuss How You Feel.

It gets better when you open up. Sharing your feelings with whom you shared a lot of past experiences can develop in a chain of positive thoughts. Tell them what happened and how you feel right now. I'm sure that you will determine your trust issues and decipher their possessions to certain limits.

3. Start Believing In Experiences.

Let's take it this way,

If someone betrayed you and still after a few month you don't feel like moving on, you can always choose an alternate option. That is to start realizing that trust issues are just a part of life experiences. People will come and go, some will break it, some try hard to live it and life is all about waiting and then moving on.

Believe that, trust issues will always bother you in some sections of life, you will feel more courteous.

4. If You Fail, Try Again.

Yes, you see it right. If someone else breaks your heart, abandons or manipulates you, look at all mistakes, try to memorize them and move on.

It takes time but once conquered, you will find your life easy and accept people as they are.

What if the same person enters your life again?

Maybe they want things to get like before, but

I'm afraid that it can't be the same now.
